1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
Intimate or sanitary products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Personal care and hygiene products (unless defective).

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.
The return is requested after the 30-day return window.
Refunds for shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@calgarycleaning.pro.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
Contact your bank (processing times vary by financial institution).
